Business Audit Introduction

The Business Audit is a comprehensive 5 days evaluation of a business. Every business can benefit from the service. It is confidential and takes place at the Clients place of business. The Business Audit is similar to the medical check-up of an individual – we will do a detailed check-up and report on your company’s strengths and weaknesses.

During the Business Audit we will review and evaluate the following:

·     Financial records, trends, measures of productivity;

·     Quality of the operational planning and reporting systems;

·     Organization of the business and use of staff;

·     Plans/goals to compete in the future.

In doing the Audit, we will review up to five years of financial records, survey all staff members and have interviews with key staff. We will prepare a Management Report and review it in detail when we make our Business Audit Presentation. The Management Report will include a summary of all information collected, indicating what we consider to be strengths and weaknesses. We will also make specific recommendations to management regarding future actions to be taken.
